End User License Agreement

CourtWin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform and services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license to another party
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CourtWin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

6. User Data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Updates and Modifications

CourtWin reserves the right to modify or update the platform and this agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
